>:(Can any help .New to the smoking game and need some help has any one smoked venison sausages in the bradley?I have allways some venison as i do a bit of deer stalking.Any recipes on hot or cold smoking time in the smoker and so on would be of help.

A wise man once told me Nepa and Whitetail and a few others might chime in soon with some help for you.
(Couldn't resist the wise man crack) sorry.
I do moose and caribou mostly as a summer type sausage and can get you some recipies for that style. Check out this thread for some ideas.

I did some venison snack sticks today. They turned out like hunters sausage sticks and real tasty. My neighbor at his baggie already.
