I was watching "Simply Ming" the other day. He had a chef on that created and patented the recipe. Anyone ever made it?
I've had a lot of things made with salmon but never heard of salmon pastrami. How the heck did he get the fish to firm up enough to mimic pastrami? Sounds interesting for sure. I'd like to get a copy of that show.
Patent a pastrami recipe! Hum! I guess I'm a little late for that. I seen plenty of salmon pastrami recipes on the web, but I never tried making any.
