Option 1: Brisket

Option 3: Pulled Pork
Option 4: Whole Chicken
Option 5: Chicken Breast (made famous by Olds)
Option 6: Cold Smoked Cheese
Option 7: Jerky
Option 8: Other
This may or may not been done before so if it has I'm sorry. However There is several newbies on here including myself who might be wondering what to smoke next.
I answered brisket but need to quantify that...It was Habs recipe for pastrami!!
It was kind of a toss up but I chose the pulled.
I tried to push all the buttons but it wouldn't let me! ::) ::) ;)
Mike
La Quinta you should be able to remove your vote and then revote for other.
It might not be a bad idea for those who vote "other" to let us know what there "other" is in La Quinta's case it is Hab's pastrami
Mike, I know, it can be very hard to choose any one favorite. But look at it this way, it could be the other way around. Kinda like politics you don't care for any of them but ya know ya need to vote for one of them ;D
My other was Copper River Red kippered salmon.
I answered cold smoked cheese, only because that's what I'm eating right this second. I had never cooked a brisket until the Bradley, and , excluding the first one I did, it is my first favorite. Not to be confused with my first favorite second-ribs-or my second favorite first-cold smoked filet mignon-or my first second first favorite...aw, heck-whatever I'm smoking at the moment is my favorite!
Yeah Dustin...but brisket is brisket!!! It was my fave to do...pastrami or not...it's a chunck of beef! :)

Ok NePa I want the nut recipe?
Other = both hot and cold smoked fish in general, closely followed by pulled pork and cold smoked cheese. ;) :D
Worst experience, in runner up position is olives but the worst by a considerable distance is liver! (yes, liver has reared it's ugly head again Iceman!!) :-[ :'(
Other equals Triple Smoked Bacon by far, but most frequent is chicken legs and thighs.
I went with Pulled Pork because I can use it in so many recipes with Brisket a close 2nd. Also, can't forget those ABT's! They never last long around my house.
I had to go with Jerky...specifically attempt #2 with the Bradley. Just something about that one that I loved.
Ribs and owstrich. ;D 8)

Geez Manx ya just gave me shivers down my neck. I swear I still have that after taste! :D
Well i love all the foods mentioned in the list, in fact to be perfectly honest there aren't many things that i won't eat, but my favourite food of all is seafood/shellfish i've always loved it since i was a kid, Lobster, crab, prawns, shrimp, scallops, mussels, c0ckles, eels yes eels! ;D
When i was last in the states, one evening we went to Lobster Feast, i thought i was in heaven, just before we left a waitress said to me " I ain't never seen anybody eat that much seafood before!" I'm currently experimenting with smoked crab (http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s62/Gitster59/Big-Thumbs-Up.gif)
My other is salmon - also scallops and oysters. It is that clean smoke advantage thing i think... dont know but they are the best coming from a bradley.
Mine so far would have to be the King Salmon bellies ;D

This is a tough call. Brisket, Ribs with Icemans Sauce, Pulled Pork, Salmon, Jerky, and Ribs are all on the list of favorites.
I went with Brisket because of Brisket Hair - not only great tasting, my daughter still laughs about it. :D
Nice!! Fun Poll. I love stats like that.
I selected other. The reason for this is I have made all the selections listed in other cooking products and techniques that were outstanding. Pastrami and bacon are my favorites as I have never made them before so they were truely unique and rewarding experiences.
I voted "other"--scotch smoked spring (king) salmon.Sliced thin, piled on a slice of fresh rye bread that has been slathered with Salt Spring island goat cheese, with a grind of pepper and thin sliced onion, accompanied by a nice hoppy IPA. Mmmmm.....

My favorite foods (not necessarily smoked) would be duck, goose, lamb, Indian and Asian food. For some reason, here in Milwaukee, there are 5 Indian and 1 very good Asian restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

Smoked lamb is great! Have not tried the others (yet).
Wildcat--I'm going to have to try smoked lamb. I have a nice bone in lamb roast in the freezer that I'm going to try --maybe next weekend. You guys convinced me on the lamb thread.
