Title: Soft Shelled Crabs
Post by: La Quinta on November 09, 2007, 01:26:36 PM
Anybody ever tried smoking them? I love them tossed in flour and cooked in a little butter and garlic but thought we could smoke lightly first then finish in the saute pan?? Whata ya think?

I don't have any suggestions, but let me know when you find a way to smoke them. I love soft shell clams, though they are getting harder to find in my area.
