Title: Smoke Signals & Happy Holidays!
Post by: SuzyQ on December 13, 2007, 03:47:38 PM
Hello!  1st post and already have discovered the forum is an education in itself.  Experience level - maybe 7 out of 10.  Non-competitive.  Previous smoker was a Brinkman charcoal, switched to an electric Old Smokey.  About $100, OK for the money and pretty much disposable which just happened!  Just seasoned the digital 6 tray today!!!  To be continued....

SuzyQ- welcome to the world of Bradley. I too used many different smokers before I made the plunge, and there is no comparison to anything I've tried yet. Enjoy!

Welcome SuzyQ! I've only had my 4 rack DBS since Monday and I love it. I am smoking 2 Butts tonight for a party tomorrow. With all the good advice I have received here I am sure they will be great. This is my first real time smoking anything, but I feel confident in the Bradley and all of the hints I have found on the site. Enjoy!!
