my smoke generator should be in tommorow and i am buliding my first homemade bradley. i plan to make an upright unit 32" x 32" x 54 tall using 1/4 mild steel plate. i also plan on using propane for the heat under a water pan with the spent bisquets falling into a seperate water pan. i have advanced metalworking skills and equipment but this is the first smoker i have ever built. i would greatly appeciate any help

That's good, from the knowledge you have stored and we have gained from you, I would think your brain has swelled up with all that knowledge and probably needs some head room. Glad to here you are getting some relief. ;)
thanks for the help ice i will post pics as the work progresses. i got my bradly today and couldnt help myself i fired it up and turned my shop into a smokehouse. this thing works great
