This is my first post although like almost everyone else I have been around awhile.My wife bought me a OBS for Christmas and I seasoned it today so I am good to go think I will start with some chicken breasts I have in the freezer. Whish me luck!!!! :) :)

I am sure that you will like the OBS and the forum will give you all the help you need. I was up at 4:00 AM to smoke salmon, make 2 tiramisus and go to a movie with my Grandson. I better make sure that I clean up all my mess before my wife comes home.
