Title: Continuous feed of smoke pucks
Post by: rbnewman on December 29, 2007, 07:11:30 AM
I have a brand new (Christmas gift) smoker and it continuously feeds the pucks.  Where do I go from here?

I would guess a call to Bradley's Customer Service would be a good place to start....maybe tap the bisquette feed switch a couple of times to see if maybe it's stuck.

Like Tiny said I would make sure the feed button isn't sticking. I have replaced a couple of them because of that.

My advance button stuck so many times I glued a pull knob on mine to make it easy to pull out. I found tapping is not going to dislodge it, you will need to find something to grasp the button to pull it out. Needle nose pliers or if you have finger nails work best.
