smoke won't push the puck in anymore how do I get a parts break down so I can order parts

have you tried taking it apart to see if it is all gumed up or filled with wood chips from the pucks?

Bradley doesn't sell parts for the generator, just whole replacement units. If your smoker is less than a year old, they'll replace it no problem. If it's over a year, Rob hit it square on, give it a good cleaning.

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?

yes I have taken it apart and it is the motor reduction gear has faild I guess I will try to find a motor from timer or a rotisserie from a BBQ.It looks like a common type that I can  fit in there and make it work.

Well I found a motor that will work it is  a micro wave trurn table moter and it basicly just bolted up! cost my $15.00 Life is good.

I didn't take the part no# of the motor, and it is all put back in one piece now.I am sure if you run into the same problem you could just take the motor to the apliance repir shop and they could find what you need?
