Just got some updated information from Bradley and wanted to pass it on to you.
First, Bradley has introduced a 12 PACK for a few of the more popular bisquette flavors. The flavors available in the 12 packs are Alder, Apple, Hickory and Mesquite. These are going for $6.99 a pack. More expensive per bisquette then the 48 or 120 pack but may be good for someone that wants to try a few first.

Second, they are now also offering a $50.00 mail-in rebate with the purchase of a 4 Rack or 6 Rack Digital Smoker. This offer is good now until 12/31/08. Although I wouldn't wait to make a purchase until 12/31 because all rebates need to be postmarked by then and you will need the UPC from the box.

I have a Digital 6 rack. The pucks quit advancing properly and Bradley sent a new generator as a warranty replacement. <great customer service> They did not request the return of the defective generator.
Question:
Do you sell or do you know if I can get replacement parts to repair the defective generator? There seems to only be 3 internal "parts". The digital board, the power supply and the puck advancer.

Looks like I missed out on the fifty dollar rebate. I did purchase my BDS late last fall but just burned the box it came in a couple weeks ago. :( :(
