Anyone own one of those stovetop/oven cast iron smokers that Emeril has his name on? Just curious if it would be any good for times when I am in a hurry and can't get the OBS preheated and ready.

I have one of the Emeril SS stove top smokers. Good for like 1 small cut of meat but you need it under your range vent.
