Sweet & Sour Jerky

1/2 c wine vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce

1/2 c brown sugar or honey
3 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to dry ing and stir. Let sit 15 mins for flavers to mingle  ;D
add meat and marinade overnite or if you have a Reveo  ;D Remove place on BS racks let drip dry and smoke for 1 hr @190* then put in dehydrator. You can finish in the smoker but just watch. Vent full open and no water in pan.

Enjoy

NePa,

If finishing in the smoker do you think I should keep the temps at 190 or drop them a little?

You can keep at 190, just watch so you dont over do it.....crackly & brittle is not good.
