Title: Cracked plastic at base
Post by: whitetailfan on November 18, 2004, 05:10:26 PM
Anyone know where that thread went? - someone else had the same problem.  The plastic on the bottom of the cabinet just above the slider has split down the middle.  Looking to see if that guy had any success with Bradley and if it's a small replacement piece, or part of the whole cabinet.  Warranty goes away in about 3 months.

If it's what I think you are describing, it's called the Lower Face Plate.  It's pretty easy to replace and Chez Bubba sells it for $5.00.

But if it's still in warranty, call them & they'll send you one for free. We try to make our prices reasonable, but we can't beat free![:)]

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?

I just bought a brand new smoker and the bottom is slightly cracked - looks like the screws where tightened a little too much.  A little disapointed with that.  [:(!]

No worries Dan, just give them a call & they'll replace it immediately. I know it's a little upsetting, but at least they'll make it right.
