Well I finally did my first pulled pork 1. About a 5 lb butt
2. Rubbed with Meatheads Magic Dust from Amazing Ribs dot com
3. Let sit in fridge for 24 hrs
4. Smoked at 225 with 2 apple 1 Hickory ratio for 4 hrs, Internal temp hit 190 after 8 more hrs
5. FTC for 2 1/2 hrs
6. Had a plate full with Da Sauce and a homade brew at 2:30 am
