Title: Standing rib Racks.
Post by: brotheryyy on February 04, 2008, 02:29:34 PM
I  accidentally bought 2 of those rib racks off amazon. This model.

and I had to share that it fit snugly atop one of the racks into the smoker. You could fit 2 of these in there this way seriously increasing the amount of ribs you can smoke at once.
I smoke 2 racks of st louis style with some oak today and they were fabulous.

I had 2 sets of rib racks very similar to those, but mine wouldn't fit in the Bradley, so I gave them away. I used them in an old upright smoker, but the 4 rack has been plenty big enough for the amount of ribs I've smoked in it so far. They did work out well for me when I had them, though. I would say they at least doubled the amount of ribs that I could do at one time.

yea, these guys fit snug as a bug in there. I liked them because they allow for better smoke circulation and heat circulation. But like I said it was an accident that i obtained it.
