Title: briquets not burning all the way

it seems like the briquets are not completely burning about 1/3 left .  How can i get all the smoke out of them    Other wise love this machine   lots better than any other smoker i have tried  wish i had got one years ago

when you say 1/3 left , that 1/3 is all black? if so you are good that is just the shell of a dead puck, no more smoke left,

there is 1/3 unburnt in the middle and 2/3  black  burnt wood   so this is normal    thanks

Are you on a dedicated circut or are other items running on the same circut? Are you using an extension cord? If so, enough power may not be getting to the smoker & the burner plate can't heat up enough to burn the pucks properly.

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
