What kind do you use and what one would you suggest

I use the Excalibur 9 tray. I feel it does a good job but then again it's the only one I've ever used. :-\

Heck, To much Ron Rico and cola dehydrates me all the next day.  :o :D
Really is the Excalibur the one Cabelos sells?
I have fans in my big smokers and that's what I use all the time.
Just wondering if that is like the Excalibur style.
I can set the temp from 40 F to 500 F and control the air flow from 0 to 400 CFM. Do those have a fan control HCT?

   No fan control and the temp range is 95-165.

Thanks for the link MrWalleye. Looks like those would be perfect for jerky making in the garage during winter.
