What Do those in Canada call "Canadian Bacon" - Bacon ?
What about "Bacon" - Belly Bacon ? American Bacon ?

Just hit me with a "Canadian Club"

As Mike said.
If it's cured and smoked high or low on the hog, It is all bacon ;D

To all you great Canadian Rednecks... ever heard of shoulder bacon .. and rump bacon... are you kidding me ITS ALL BACON.... lol speakin of bob and doug mackenzie style them fools were on tv last night eh!!   there dog rocks!!!  anyhow hadnt posted anything in a while hope there was lots of smoke today and pulling some more deer out tommorrow is another day of smoking!!!  Is it ok to freeze the jerky??  should be ok if i have the brown wrap paper eh???  will be around tonight cheers!!
