After years of looking at all the pretty new smoker pics here I thought I would find out who has the "dirtiest" Well Seasoned smoker here I'll start off with mine. (http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w73/carnie1/IMG_0091.jpg) (http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w73/carnie1/IMG_0090.jpg)
Here's the interior of mine.

My photo is totally black; not even a flash reflection. I think it has become the Livermore wormhole connection to O at Area 51. I'm afraid to stick my hand in, and have started to build robot manipulators to move stuff in & out... :o

I remember one member had posted a picture of the interior of his cabinet, and most of us thought that he had a fire, but it was just well used. :)
I'd post a picture of mine but the cloaking device is energized and I'm not sure where I left it.

I sense a common problem.... :o :o :o
Mines less than a year old, although well seasoned, I know there is no way mine can compare to others on the forum. Now my little home made cheese smoker is another story..... totally black! I have probably done several hundred pounds of cheese on it along with other goodies. Once I finish my offset box for the Bradley I'll most likely retire the little home made unit.
Mine is so seasoned I need a jack hammer to get the racks out! :D ;D

This 3 year old OBS smokes even without the pucks.... ;)

MMMMM! that salmon looks good MWS! But that smoker looks so black it might taint your product. I have a testing facility over here on the Island. You can send that salmon here and I'll check it out for you! :D
