Looks good. I've never smoked ham that was cut like that. I'll have to try that.
Hey beef...get some H2O in that bowl!!! :) Looks amazing! Like Habs...I've also never seen cuts like that...where'd ya get them?
had baught 2 bone in shank hams 1 was 13.7 lbs and the other wasss 12. 5 lbs and I had cut out the bones and trimed away the excess fat seasoned them as seen with a recepie left on this board. and yes there was water in the bowl durng the smoke and then removed during the cooking though there was another pan with orange soda in it for added taste ... yummm yummm.
Interesting for sure.
