I have just got six sides of brown trout and i would like to try smoking them in the bradley smoker.
Can anyone give me a recipe for a hot smoke ?the times that they stay in the smoker and so on.

BOUTCH posted the best recipe I've tried for smoked trout. Make sure you read through the thread, because he was brining thick fillets. If your fillets are thinner, read my modifications to the recipe.
