This Friday at 7:30 AM we are doing a site visit with a facility manager from another goverment agency. He will be inspecting one of my commercial facilities. He requested the visit. His building has over 1/2 million cleanable square feet. I know who is now cleaning his building, and I find it interesting that he wants to see one of mine. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out... Yepper down-right interesting to say the least.
It will be even more interesting come bid time (May) if he can handle my factor of 1.23 per square foot.
No luck is needed. I'm sure you will get the contract.
