Thanks, but 977 Miles is a bit much for me. The Big "C" does not appear to like the "South"  :)

Don't let em off easy Nepa, Ask them about the quality problems the folks here have been expressing.  Seems to more of a problem over the last year or so.

Icaron, nothing horrible but always something to complain about if you get an ear. They are pretty good units.  What problems did you have with your 3 year old  ???

Heating unit would short out
the death was the puck feeder stopped working (Grinding noise)
Bradley offer to send a new one if I paid the shipping or $50.00 gift card
I opted for the gift card and purchased a new one.

I was actually pleaased and surprised with their Customer service
I did not expect them to do anything. It is very important that you register you product
with them. When ever element shorted out they would overnight a new one.

They have a pretty powerful customer service reputation with the users active on the forum. They do good trying to make things right. It is sad that some things keep coming up though.

Watch you vent setting and my bet is you get a good deal more than 3 years out of this one.
