FTC= Foil, Towel Cooler

I went out and bought a cooler and some cheap towels just to use for brining and FTC. After the desired internal temperature is reached, you take your meat out of the Bradley, wrap it in foil, wrap towels around it and then place it in a cooler. Foil, Towel, Cooler.

For some reason this thread really caught my eye, and it has nothing with smoking(ok always smokin ;D salmon tommorrow), I've worked in the data processing field(nowadays information systems) and you had IBM with every number possible in the world for a system..haha talk about acronym...ABT,FTC...oh yeah ABT.....rats!!! ;D
