Title: new to smoking can not wait till i get my bradley

hi guys i am new to smoking i have done some on grillls slow smoked some pork lion steaks on my lp grill they sucked never again i hope to have it tuesday or wes.  short list of    jobs
cand. bacon belly  bacon and a  butt roast for some pulled bbq  then maybe some fish and  beef

Welcome to the forum.  You will love the Bradley.  You will turn out professional food while still a bigginer.  Just don't let your better half know or you will wind up doing choirs when you could be "closely monitoring" the smoker to make sure you provide the perfect meal and enjoying adult beverages while doing so.  :D

I saw one of em put the bbq in a plastic cup and pour the sauce (Vaunted Vinegar) in and make a "Pig Cocktail"

Yeah, I'm taking Habs Pastrami to our Mens Bible study tomorrow night. They are starting to ask on Sundays what I am bringing on Mondays.

Time to Raise my prices a tad...

I got a laugh out of it.  It happens when you type too fast while having adult beverages.  :D

I have found typing to be the least of my concerns when I've had too many adult bevies!!! :)

My problem is drinking too fast, and typing too slowly. :)
