Title: Too much work for a brisket and butt
Post by: HCT on April 28, 2008, 04:32:45 AM
Did a small brisket and small butt on my weber silver yesterday, 4lbs. each. What a job keeping up with the charcoal, I wnt through 15 lbs and still could have used more. I wound up finishing them in the oven. At least with the bradley when it's done, it's done! Still, good eats though. ;D

That must have created a powerful thirst. It sounds like a twelve-packer minimum to me.
