I made some ribs on my Weber last weekend and made some yesterday in my SS box. Used the same rub, same smoke on both. Okay, so with the Weber I got a beautiful smoke ring, but, as for taste the Bradley wins. Moister, tenderer (if that's a word) and a richer color. I must say though, both were delicious. So, the box wins, not by much, but when it comes to ribs I'll go with the box. :P ;D
