Title: Ideas for wild turkey breast???
Post by: HCT on May 13, 2008, 05:35:09 AM
I have a couple of breasts but want something different other than jerky. Any thoughts for a great breast. Don't want to slice and fry either although that's prolly the easiest.

I have one in the freezer also - I was going to marinate in italian dressing, wrap in bacon and smoke in the bradley.

Hopefully the bacon will combat the dryness.  If it is too dry, I will chop it up and add to some beans or something.

How about a curry and poultry seasoning mixture, then wrap in foil to cook and finish on the grill or broiler.  Can also smoke this and then finish as above.
