Title: Ribs and Pork Tenderloin
Post by: begolf25 on May 23, 2008, 05:17:00 PM
Finally had a chance to fire up the smoker last weekend but I am just now getting around to posting the results.

Did 3 racks of baby backs then followed them up with some pork tenderloin. I used the same method Consiglieri posted awhile back for the tenderloin.

Been meaning to try his recipe for awhile and glad I finally did. It was well worth it.

Ribs rubbed and ready for smoke...

Ready to eat...You can see I already started on the bottom right rack.
