Title: Self-Cleaning Racks

A while back I mentioned a phenomenon that we experience when the pork butts come out of the smoker.

I remove the roast from the rack, do the Foil Towel Cooler thing, and ....

There is a flurry of activity, then all is quiet. Using a high-speed digital camera with a shutter speed less than 1/8000 of a second, I was able to capture the following image:

Not only are your racks self cleaning one of them has disappeared  :D :D

That is funny.....mine are self cleaning as well.  Self is the nickname I gave my wife  :o

I was just thinking if the meat dissapeared that fast, you'd think they could have taken one more 1/8000 of a second to clean the wire and pan.
