Got 2 lbs of Amish herb jerky going. Same ol hickory smoke  ;D

I still have'nt done jerky in my OBS, that looks awesome nepas, what cut of meat did you use?

Now for the real stupid question:  what is amish herb jerky?  It sounds awesome!

I use london broil for jerky. makes for a better jerky IMHO

No stupid question my friend.

Amish herb jerky is a recipe an old Amish guy gave me. Use whatever marinade you like and add herbs to it. Oregano, thyme, cumin and the sorts.
