Today I smoked babyback ribs for the first time in my Bradley. I followed Ices' reciped to a T. I even used the rub and the sauce. These were awesome ribs and very tender. I will say that after 4 hours of cooking they were still stiff so I cooked them a while longer and kept spritzing them. I ftc'ed them for about an hour and half as that is all the longer I keep my wife at bay. Luckily for me there are leftovers.....can anyone guess what I am having for lunch or dinner tomorrow? ;D
Anyway thanks, I look forward to making many more items from yours and others advice.
