I did a 8 lb (BI) Pork but today. Started it @ 9:30am est @ 225* with 6 hickory and 3 oak pucks. Then just heat until the IT meat temp got to 197*. Got it FTC right now for another 1.5 hrs.

Didnt score the top. The lines in the top are from 1.5 hrs in my Traeger grill with garlic pellets (didnt post that in my 1st post cuz its not a BS)
