What else should I get?
I'm going to order the following from Chez...
1 - Smoker Combo Set
1 - Jerky 4 rack set
2 - Bubba Pucks
2 - 48 Pack Assortment
Since I'm ordering, what else should I throw in there? If I have the Jerky Racks, do I need a set of stainless racks as well? I plan on smoking everything in site (butts, briskets, birds, jerky, an occasional fish...). Do I need an extra drip pan?

Ron,
IMO, that'll get you going pretty good. I would add a probe thermometer, ours or somebody else's, but definately get one if you don't have it already.
Since the Bradley is "OS2" according to UPS (You pay as if it weighs 70# because of it's size.), we made our shipping carton oversize to accomodate more stuff. So, racks, wood, any of that extra stuff won't cost you an extra dime in shipping.
None of the Bradley racks are stainless. The standard 1" weave come with your smoker & are nickel plated. The Jerky racks are 1/2" weave & non-stick coated. With 4 of each, I can't imagine you'd need more unless you plan to become a salmonmaniac like Kummok![:D]
Look forward to hearing from you,
Kirk

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
if you are planing on making jerky get 2 sets of jerky racks, plus you will find that you will use them more then the nickel plated racks that come with the smoker, they clean up better,

Or..........how about two (2); count em' - two smokers! It's party time at Ron's place!

Thanks, gang! I appreciate the help... I'm in the final phase of getting "clearance from the tower" for the order... [:)]
Kirk... Maybe I was thinking of another electric smoker with the stainless shelves. I've been waffling back and forth between the Bradley and the Cookshack... It doesn't matter if they are stainless, I was just confused... I do have a couple of digital thermometers, including a wireless one, so I'm set there.
Smokehouse Rob (and anyone else)... Some of the folks using the CS smokers hang their jerky in the smoker. Has anyone tried that in a Bradley?
Fuzzy... I don't I have room on the deck for two smokers! Between the Weber Genesis gas grill for steaks, etc., my el-cheapo Sear gas grill for coffee roasting and the new smoker, I'm out of deck space! As far as the party goes, if you ever get to the Chicago area, let me know!

Chez Bubba is marketing a rack that is stainless and sits in place of top shelf that allows you to hang meat/et al in the BS.
Haven't tried it yet but soon!

The other rack made by Smokehouse bob to hold the trays requires a drip pan underneath. Chez sold me an extra pan. I guess you can use anything, but this one fits just right.
Happy Holidays. The racks won't fit in the stocking, but you could hang the stockings on them! [:D]
