Is this good for anything or should it be avoided?

I have not used it but I believe Chez will tell you it is a mixture of everything.

It is the hot dog in the bisquette world. Scraps from making all the chips except mesquite are mixed together.

Where each of the wood types has a defining uniqueness, SB doesn't really have a "characteristic", but is mellow. We have one customer that says he has tried all the woods & SB is his favorite & that's all he orders any more.

It's realy a personal preference thing, just like how much heat you like in a dry rub. Give it a try, maybe you like it, maybe you don't.

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
