Title: Smoked Briskit -N- Beans

Cooked up some authentic mexican pinto's seasoned with adobo, cilantro, salt/pepper and smoked briskit......... YUM   ;D

All cooked in a mexican clay pot.

Thanks guys.

They put me on short term dissability. Going to do some sort of machine thing that pulls my back via computer to releive some of the disk pressure. Then after that ????

Anyone who is not  a dry bean eater is cheating themselves.   Those look really good. All that is needed is a big Ole yellow onion that has some bite to it.

I do in my solar oven a 15 bean with ham that will stop your heart it is so good.  Or at least it will cause you to cheat on your mate if he/she does not like them... LOL~~!

IMO dried beans is one of the God's food that someone stole from His / Her table.
