If you haven't notice the Bradley Smoker FAQ's section is now posted on the recipe site. This is intended to be a section that can be modified frequently, so as more questions develop, and/or answers need to be modified just send me a note, post on the recipe site, or on this site.
Bradley Smoker FAQ's (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?t=481)
I want to thank those who have submitted replies and suggestions for the FAQ section.
Habs & everyone who helped write it, That is awesome. Thanks!
Habs - is it possible to sticky this thread so it is easy to find the link?
deb,
Neither Hab or myself have Admin or Moderator rights on this board. We cannot sticky anything here.
If you go to the recipe site the FAQ is easy enough to find.
Olds
Habs,
Great job putting all that together.
Thanks!
Habs,
Thanks for all the hard work. The new sections are great.
Bryan
Thanks everyone. Thanks also has to go to Olds, he took time out of his busy sechedule, to get those two sections posted to the public area.
Habs & Olds,
Thanks for all the time and info you provide. You make the end results much better for us novices.
Chrispy
Ditto to all of the above. :)
Habs & Olds
Outstanding job on the FAQ section! ;)
I've been away for the better part of a week and just saw it. Looks great!

Looks good, great job, just looked at a few and noticed on the bbq guru digiq setup for the dbs you state to set the temp around 300 but in this setup the right side of my DBS is off/inoperable with the digiq hooked up as the raptor controls the temp or am I missing something?

Thanks for that information. I have the OBS and you have to set the temperature all the way to the right for the element to work so that the Raptor can control it. So if I read you correctly, you do not have to set the oven temperature at all.
So as soon as I get clarification on that, I can change it.
Thanks guys for taking the time to make this an even greater adventure.
Very good concise set of knowledge.
This should be a must read for all Newbies.

I also have the setup on a Stainless Bradley with a slider in FL but just set up the DBS up north recently, gonna set up again next week and will look at my setup a little closer ( out here on the road with the carnie, don't get to use it every week)
Carnie;
Thanks for the follow up; and especially for bringing that to my attention.
IKnowWood, and hillbillysmoker;
Thanks. Acknowledgement should also go to

for their help in this project. It's early in the morning so I hope I didn't forget anyone. :)
I also agree that there is some A1 information and it is presented in a professional way. I just bought my daughter a Bradley and I printed out anything that she would need.
Thanks much to all involved.
Brad
I too like what has been done with the site. Thanks guys.

Carnie;
Thanks. Did you get a chance to see if the oven temp needs to be set for the Digital? If not, then does the sensor cable need to be attachted when you have the DigiQ II setup?
The photo is difficult to read. So if you can send me a copy of a larger photo or individual photos that would be great.
I did turn the oven side on but it seemed to knock off the Raptor but since plug #2 is not hooked up as indicated by the blue X I'm not sure if it did anthing at all, The sensor is hooked up as indicated by the black line. I reupped the photo to a larger resoloution, PM me with your email and I'll send you the file direct.
