I picked up a new ss bs tonight.[:D]Looks so nice not sure if I can use it and get it all "SMOKEY" inside. Well it turns out I can't. A closer look revealed it came damaged[V]. Bought it from SCHEELS SPORTS for 449.00. They are going to order a new one tomorrow for me. I am not sure if thats the smart thing to do?. After reading about all the "PROBLEMS" alot of you are having should I cancel the order and go with another type of smoker?
The majority have not had a problem with the smoker. It is a great unit. Your decision to buy another type, but I think you will regret it.

i agree with Bill on this one , i dont think the other smokers will stand behind there product like bradley will if you have a problem,
I love my Bradley- I've had it for a year now and -touch wood- no problems so far.
You won't regret getting this unit.

bonz... my bs arrived with a defective heating element...
i called bradley and the very next morning dhl arrived with a new heating element...
since then my bs has traveled 20k rough miles on west coast freeways in a trailer... some of which blurrrr my vision and partially detatch by brain from my skull beacuse they are so rough...
my bs has been treated badly... really badly... and all is well... so well im thinking about getting another one for iowa just so i dont have to take it on a plane again... the tsa didnt know what to think when the xrayed my bradley at ohare...
