Post by: NePaSmoKer on August 11, 2008, 07:22:48 AM
Here is a sauce i use. Its pretty good.

1 pt vinegar
2 pt water
1 small bottle wocestershire sauce
1 small bottle soy sauce
1 tsp dry sweet basil
1/4 tsp dry oregano
1/4 tsp chili powder
salt to taste

Mix all together. Place in pan bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 1 hr uncovered.

Keeps for several months in the fridge without spoiling. Great on steaks, chops and chicken. Shake well before using.

Lets hope the injections work so the surgery won't be necessary. Good luck.
