Nice pile of ribs!

Removing the membrane

All rubbed up and into fridge overnight (last night)

All racked up, a bit of a tight fit!

And as I type, into the smoker @ 220 for 4 hours of mesquite magic!  More to come!

Beware FLBentrider.  Once you start, you wont be able to stop.

Nice Ribs WTS.  Those are sides right?  How'd they taste?

Thanks!  Just your basic sparerib, they turned out excellent, juicy and tender no need for sauce!  I don't do ribs often enough, guess it has something to do with my addiction (affliction) to brisket!  ;D
