Title: Rib recipes
Post by: jdg on August 26, 2008, 06:48:29 AM
I just got the digital 4 rack model and want to try to smoke some ribs, what are some good but simple recipes?  This is my first smoker so I have no clue what to do.  Thanks in advance
Justin

There's a lot of good stuff here, but scroll down for the link to Iceman's Competition Ribs.  If you follow this strategy, you'll have delicious fall off the bone ribs.

I have a modified method for Alton Brown's braised ribs, its not a simple recipe, but you can find it under "recipes under development" FLBentRider Rib experiment #2
