Post by: westexasmoker on August 27, 2008, 11:22:31 AM
I was digging through my receipes and came across this jewel...nice and easy and darn good!

2 lbs ground sirloin
2 cloves garlic
1 chopped onion
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 cans hominy
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans ranch style beans
1 can rotel
3 cups water

Cook beef, onion and garlic.  Drain.  Add remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer 45 min.

And guess what.......No Mesquite!   ;D
