Title: 15 lb Top Surloin roast out of the smoker

here is the beast  after a 17 hour cook at 195 and an IT of 170

well  worth the wait and time every one is gonna be happy .. almost lost it when I  transfered it to the cutting  table with a bbq folk started ripping  like pulled beef...

I wish I could get a cut of beef like the one you just smoked/cooked. Looks good.
