Needed a sidedish with leftover poop loin! Smoked 30 min. then grilled!

So...WTS...what is the texture of the veg? Did you actually smoke the asparagus with the bacon on?

Very nice LQ, not as tender if you were to steam it but I like my veggies with a bit of a crunch to them...And yep bacon on and just a quickie to impart some smoke then straight to the grill.

WTS...I like the veggies with crunch...bite...whatever...no matter what kind...I like this concept...well done!! Gotta try it...with Hickory or another "normal person" wood!!! ;D
