30 min. of cold smoke and off to the grill 3 min per side

Great looking white meat WTS!! Wish we could catch those up here.....of course, if Algore's predictions are correct (NOT!), we should be able to shortly!! ::) ;) ;)

Nice... Umm I did not know that was how long you grilled that fish. Did you coat the fish with something?

Used McCormicks seafood rub and an extremely hot grill, I think I should have gone 2 minutes per side but it was still tasty!
