Title: Boneless Chicken Breast

Have some boneless chicken breasts doin today. Hit em with the jaccard to get enfused with total marinade and smoke.

Marinading in some Mrs Dash garlic n herb. Then going to smoke em with oak later this afternoon.

Nice... I do like the yard bird myself. Especially the leg and thigh if boned out together in one piece. I can take them and either make you think you are eating the moistest breast meat ever or the nicest fried pork sandwich of your life.

A lot can be done with the yard bird.

Man they look good Nepas.  How'd they taste?  How long did the cook time take?

Start to finish in the smoker?

Taste real good even without all the salt in the marinade. Total time in the smoker was 2 hrs. flipping and rotating at the 1st hr. They are real moist too.
