Did some smoked homemade chicken enchaladas, mexican corn and some rice.

looks at the enchaladas... then my sandwich.... then the enchaladas.. then my sandwich.... switches the plates and devoers the enchaladas, corn and rice... leaving the sandwich behind

that was delicious LQ

Wish it was me beefman...but it does look delisch!!! :D NePa knows his food!!

PS...WTS...I love spaghettio's...beefaroni rocks...but in a pinch...especially if I don't feel so hot...I fall back to the staple items! Sorry guys and gals...but...I spent the last 3 days with food poisoning... (sushi) and I begged my hubby to go to the store and get me Speghetti O's. He. did...I feel great now...!! ;D

As usual I see a post from Nepa just after I eat lunch and now I have to head back to the kitchen!!! This diet 101 when I'm home on R & R isn't working out you guys. Dang good looking vittles Nepa. ;) ;D
