8.3 pound rump roast all rubbed up and rested overnight and into the smoker as of now!

Oh...the sweet smell of hickory across the landscape...life must be so good.....I'm happy for ya WTS...really I am... ;D

And after 2 hours of hickory smoke............stop it LQ...........Mesquite and 7 hours total, cut into 3 chunks...Gotta love that hickorrrrrr.......Mesquite!  ;D

yummy ... looks good  wts...


that reminds me  I  need to do a beef roast this week.. anyone think 12 to 15 lb  to big?... or should i do three 15 pounders  for this group....
