Title: Smoked bobs
Post by: westexasmoker on October 11, 2008, 09:50:34 AM
1 hour of smoke then off to the rotessire for 40 minutes.  Wish I had the end results pic, but the natives were restless and these were devoured before I could get one!

What kind of rotisserie set up lets you twirl kabobs?

HCT: I'm laughing really hard.   I'm envisioning some sort of Easy Rider magazine photo with a Bradley.  Or if you had something else in mind, you're a sick puppy.   ;)
