Gonna give Kummok's Recipe a whirl. Might try breading and deep frying some, BIL says they are really good that way. Anybody have any other suggestions? They don't ship well so I cant send any to anybody.
My suggestion would be to take a vaction to San Diego and bring them over to my house.
;D
Looks and sounds like nothin' but fun 10.5! ;)
Nice catch!

Nope I still have all ten of my bugger pickers. Only caught 5 fish.
What kind of fish are they ?
Looks like a cross between a lake trout and a salmon.
